Final Pay
Final pay for approved hours worked is processed in accordance with company policies & procedures and all applicable federal and state laws.
If you believe pay is missing or incorrect, you must submit a request using the Payroll Support Form below. This allows us to review payroll records accurately and securely.

Employment Verification
Employment verification is provided in writing only and is limited to basic employment information.

Requests must be submitted by the former Team Member using the Employment Verification Request Form below. Once verified, employment verification is delivered by email only.
For privacy and security reasons, we do not provide employment verification by phone, text message, social media, or in-person contact.
