This Portal is provided by THE COMPANY for current Team Members, applicants, managers, and, where applicable, parents or guardians of minor Team Members.

The Portal is intended to provide general information, resources, and access to employment-related tools and forms. This Portal is a private internal system and is separate from public recruiting and career websites.

By accessing or using this Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Privacy, and Notices.

2. Terms of Use

  • This Portal is for authorized use only.

  • You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal.

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is prohibited.

  • You may not impersonate another individual or submit information on behalf of another person unless legally authorized.

  • THE COMPANY may modify, suspend, restrict, or revoke Portal access at any time, with or without notice.

  • Portal content may be updated, revised, or removed at any time.

 

3. Privacy & Data Use Notice

THE COMPANY collects limited personal and employment-related information through this Portal, including but not limited to:

  • Name and contact information

  • Employment, scheduling, and timekeeping-related information

  • Payroll-related requests and documentation

  • Onboarding, training, compliance, and acknowledgment records

 

Information collected through the Portal may be used in employment-related decision making, including scheduling, payroll processing, compliance review, performance management, disciplinary review, and internal communication, where applicable.

  • Information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

  • Access to information is limited to authorized management, payroll providers, service partners, and third-party platforms as required for legitimate business purposes.

  • Records are retained in accordance with legal, tax, and business requirements.

  • While reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used, no system can guarantee absolute security.

 

4. Career Sites, Public Websites & Domain Forwarding

THE COMPANY operates and utilizes public-facing websites and platforms for recruiting, hiring, and job postings.

  • subwayhires.com is used as a public career access point and may redirect users to recruiting or application pages hosted on dgisubway.com.

  • Pages accessed through subwayhires.com or public sections of dgisubway.com are intended for recruiting and application purposes only.

  • Information submitted through public career or application pages is governed by the terms, privacy notices, and disclosures presented on those pages at the time of use, including those of third-party hiring platforms.

This Portal is a separate internal system intended primarily for current Team Members and authorized users. Portal Terms, Privacy, and Notices apply only to use of the Portal and do not replace, override, or extend to public career or application sites accessed prior to employment.

 

5. Electronic Communications Consent

By using this Portal, you consent to receive employment-related communications electronically, including:

  • Email messages

  • Text messages

  • Automated messages

  • Portal notifications

 

Communications may be sent through internal systems or third-party platforms used by THE COMPANY for workforce management, payroll, or recruiting.

  • Message delivery is not guaranteed.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Communication systems and the Portal are not monitored 24/7.

  • Electronic communications are not for emergencies.

  • Submission of a form, request, or message does not guarantee a response within a specific timeframe.

 

6. Employment Disclaimer & At-Will Notice

Nothing in this Portal creates or modifies an employment contract.

  • Employment with THE COMPANY is at-will, meaning either the Team Member or THE COMPANY may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause, unless otherwise required by law or a written agreement.

  • Portal content does not guarantee continued employment, specific hours, wages, scheduling, or job assignments.

  • In the event of any conflict, signed employment agreements, onboarding documents, and the official Team Member Handbook govern.

 

7. Parent & Guardian Information

Parents and guardians of minor Team Members may review select informational materials for general understanding of workplace standards and expectations.

  • Employment-related communication remains directly with the Team Member, in accordance with applicable law.

  • Parents or guardians may not submit forms, make employment decisions, request employment changes, or act on behalf of a Team Member unless legally required.

 

8. Account Security & User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Portal login credentials.

  • Portal accounts may not be shared.

  • Actions taken using a user’s credentials are considered authorized by that user.

  • THE COMPANY is not responsible for consequences resulting from shared, compromised, or improperly secured credentials.

  • Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to management immediately.

 

9. Third-Party Systems Disclaimer

THE COMPANY utilizes third-party systems and service providers in connection with recruiting, payroll, scheduling, and workforce management.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, or outages caused by third-party platforms or service providers, including temporary unavailability of systems used in connection with the Portal.

 

10. Accessibility Statement

THE COMPANY is committed to providing reasonable access to Portal information and resources.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Portal, please contact management for assistance.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms, Privacy, and Notices are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

12. Updates & Changes

THE COMPANY may update these Portal Terms, Privacy & Notices from time to time.

Continued use of the Portal after updates are posted constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.
