Will i have more than one W-2?

Yes, but only if you have worked in more than one of THE COMPANY locations.

How will W-2's be sent out?

For ALL Current and Former Team Members W-2's are posted to the Intuit Workforce Portal, if by chance you did not sign up for the Intuit Workforce Portal during your former employment you may request a Digital Copy of W-2's by CLICKING HERE(https://www.cognitoforms.com/DennisGroupInc/FormerTeamMemberW2Request)

W-2 forms may be requested if you no longer have access to Intuit Workforce.

Request W-2's

Look for an email from do_not_reply@intuit.com with your THE COMPANY's Name for the location you are working at in the subject line. If you don’t see the invite, check your spam folder, if you still are not able to find the invite email, fill out the Paystub Invite Request (Button Below).
Open the email, then select Accept Invite to accept the invitation. PLEASE NOTE EACH LOCATION YOU WORK IN WILL BE A SEPARATE INVITE
Create an Intuit account with your email and a password. If you already have an Intuit account such as a previous QuickBooks Workforce or TurboTax account, sign in with that email address and password.

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU WORK AT MORE THAN ONE LOCATION, YOU WILL NEED TO ACCEPT A INVITE FOR ALL LOCATIONS YOU WORK AT TO BE ABLE TO SEE EACH LOCATION'S COMPANY PAY STUBS

If you already have a QuickBooks Workforce account with a different location in THE COMPANY or a different employer, make sure to give both employers the same email address.
If you have access to QuickBooks Online, you’ll need to use a different email address for your QuickBooks Workforce Paycheck Portal account. Intuit recommends using your work email address for QuickBooks Online and your personal email for Workforce.
Invites are valid for up to 30 days from when it was sent. If it’s been longer than 30 days, THE COMPANY will need to send a new invite, but we will need to know you need a new invite, complete a Paystub Portal Invite Request (Button Below)
If THE COMPANY resends you a new invite, make sure to open the most recent invite, all previous invites will no longer be active.

Tap Taxes. Or More, then W-2s.
Tap Download, then select the W-2 you want to view or print.

QuickBooks Workforce Website

Go to the Documents menu.
Select W-2s or Shared Documents.
Select the W-2 copy or document that you want to view or download (and then print).
