This page provides general information for parents, guardians, family members, and other third parties. It is intended for transparency only and does not create any rights, authorization, or exceptions to THE COMPANY policy.

To protect Team Member privacy and ensure compliance with federal and Georgia employment laws, THE COMPANY communicates directly and exclusively with the Team Member on file regarding all employment-related matters.

Purpose of This Policy

THE COMPANY is committed to maintaining a professional, lawful, and respectful workplace.
As part of that commitment, employment-related communication must remain private, accurate, and properly documented.

 

Accordingly, THE COMPANY communicates only with the Team Member regarding their employment.

Who Is Considered a Third Party

For purposes of this policy, a “third party” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Parents or guardians

  • Family members or spouses

  • Attorneys or legal representatives

  • Advocates or representatives

  • Friends, coworkers, or former managers

  • Any individual not listed as the Team Member on file

Our Communication Policy

All employment-related matters are handled directly with the Team Member and not with third parties.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scheduling or availability

  • Pay, pay rates, hours worked, or paychecks

  • Performance or disciplinary matters

  • Employment status, separation, or termination

  • Personnel or payroll records

This policy exists to protect the privacy of all Team Members and to ensure consistent compliance with applicable laws

 

What Third Parties Can Do

  • ✅ Encourage your child to speak directly with their Manager if they have a question or concern.

  • ✅ Support the Team Member in checking their schedule, messages, or secure Team Member Portal​

What We Cannot Discuss

THE COMPANY will not discuss with third parties:

  • 🚫 Individual schedules, pay information, or payroll details

  • 🚫 Disciplinary actions or performance concerns

  • 🚫 Employment status or separation details

  • 🚫 Any confidential or internal THE COMPANY information

Requests from third parties for this information will not be returned or addressed.

This information is provided for transparency. The employment relationship exists solely between the Team Member and THE COMPANY. All communication and decisions must take place directly with the Team Member.

PARENT & GUARDIAN RESOURCES

Parents & Guardian of Minor Team Member

THE COMPANY recognizes that some Team Members are minors and that parents or guardians may wish to stay informed.

Parents and guardians may review public policy summaries for general understanding of THE COMPANY standards and expectations. However, employment-related communication continues to take place directly with the Team Member, in accordance with applicable law.

Team Members are trained in:

  • Food safety and handling procedures

  • Guest service expectations

  • Cleanliness and uniform requirements

  • Emergency and safety protocols

 

Attendance, Transportation & Reliability

Team Members are responsible for:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Arriving on time and prepared for each scheduled shift

  • Meeting attendance expectations communicated during onboarding

Developing reliability and accountability is an important part of the work experience.

Communication & Technology Responsibility

Team Members are expected to regularly review:

  • Work schedules

  • Company communications

  • Updates shared through approved internal systems

Parents and guardians are encouraged to support their child in developing these habits.

How Parents & Guardians Can Support

You can help your child succeed by:

  • Encouraging them to communicate directly with their Manager

  • Helping them plan for transportation and punctuality

  • Supporting good time management and responsibility

  • Celebrating their milestones and progress
